Build Better Habits – Create lasting change by overcoming sabotage and emotional eating, and learning how to form healthy habits.

You’ll also be connected to a supportive community where you can ask questions and share your progress throughout the 14 days.

5. How much time do I need to commit each day?

Each day, you can expect to spend about 15-30 minutes on the lesson, video, and daily exercises. It’s designed to fit into your busy life without overwhelming you, but we encourage you to engage fully for the best results. You can spend more or less time each day as needed and can move forward and backward through the lessons.
