Fasting can be a SCARY thought and an even scarier experience for beginners! THIS LIVE 24/7 INTERACTIVE PROGRAM supports beginners by never leaving them alone in the process! Here are some beginner questions we here often:

Do I have to know how to fast or have expereince with fasting to join?

Absolutely not! The program is designed for beginners with lessons progressing throughout. Every team will have many experienced FASTERS in addition to Dr. Erin for additional support.

Do I need to be READY TO FAST on the scheduled fasting dates?

Nearly EVERYONE will have a confilict with one or more of the SCHEDULED fasting dates. On these days, the education will roll out on the app. You may like to read along and learn even if you are not planning to participate. You have access to the information ANYTIME during our 3 months together. Clients who "miss" the scheduled fast will often invite teammates to join them in fasting at a different time to practice using the most recent education. The lessons will apply FOR LIFE.

Can I eat or drink anything during a FAST?

How you conduct your own personal FAST will be entirely up to you. You will recieve specific education about why and how to include various things in your fast and the effects of those things. You can purchase Dr. Erin's FastEase Essentials Packet if you need some specific recommendations for what to include.
